Abantu benshi bibwira ko kurara bakora ari byo byerekana ko ari abakozi cyane kandi bazagera ku bukire. Bituma badasinzira bihagije ngo barashaka umukiro. Icyakora kudasinzira bihagije ni ukwikururira kabutindi.

Umubiri w’umuntu ufite uko uteye.

Hari umuhanga mu mikorere y’ubwonko bwa muntu witwa Jasmine Lee wanditse ibimenyetso bitanu bikomeye bigera ku muntu udasinzira neza.

Ibi bimenyetso bitanu bizakwereka ko burya udasinzira bihagije:

1.Kubura ‘Appétit’

Uruhinja( ni ukuvuga umuntu akivuga kugeza agize amezi atatu) rugomba gusinzira amasaha ari hagati ya 14 na 17 ku munsi.

Umwana w’igisekeramwanzi (ni ukuvuga guhera ku mezi ane kugeza ku mezi 11) agomba gusinzira hagati y’amasha 11 n’amasaha 15 ku munsi.

Umwana w’igitambambuga agomba gusinzira hagati y’amasaha 11 n’amasha 14 ku munsi.

Umwana wiga mu kiburamwaka ni ukuvuga ufite hagati y’imyaka itatu n’imyaka itanu asinzira hagati y’amasaha 10 n’amasaha 13 ku munsi.

Tugarutse ku bimenyetso byo kudasinzira neza, reka duhere kuri iki:

2.Guhorana ubushyuhe bw’umubiri

Ibitotsi ni ingenzi kugira ngo umubiri w’umuntu ushobore gutunganya neza ingano y’ubushyuhe  ukeneye.

Iyo umuntu adasinzira neza, bituma ahorana ubushyuhe budashira kubera ko ubwo bushyuhe buba butagabanuwe ku kigero nyacyo igihe yari asinziriye.

Mu rwego rwo kugira ngo umubiri usohore ubwo bushyuhe mu rugero runaka, ubwonko butegeka umuntu kwayura.

Kwayura si ugusonza ahubwo ni uko ubwonko buba bunaniwe.

3.Kwibagirwa bya hato na hato

Kudasinzira neza binaniza ubwonko bityo kwakira no kubika amakuru bikabugora.

Ibitotsi bike bituma umusemburo wo gusonza usohoka cyane kurusha uwo kumva ko ugihaze.

Umuntu ntuyumva ko agihaze ahubwo akumva ko ashonje akongera akarya.

Ng’uko uko umuntu abyibuha mu gihe gito abantu bikabatangaza.

5.Gufata imyanzuro ihubukiwe

Ubushakashatsi bwerekana ko ubwonko bunaniwe kubera kudasinzira butuma umuntu arakazwa n’ubusa.

Umuntu utasinziriye neza akenshi aba ari inkomwahato, akarangwa n’umushiha n’umwanduranyo.

Ikindi abahanga babonye ni uko umuntu udasinzira neza ajya afata imyanzuro ishobora kumushyira mu kaga, akayifata atabanje gushyira ku munzani ngo arebe ingaruka zabyo.
