Mama Cyama: Izina Ry’Ababyeyi Bitangiye Inkotanyi Ziri Ku Rugamba

Mu rugamba rwo kubohora u Rwanda, buri wese m Nkotanyi yakoze ibyo yari ashinzwe ndetse hari n’ubwo yakoraga n’ibirenze ibyo ashinzwe, intego ari uko hatagira igice kibonekamo icyuho.

Tito Rutaremara avuga ko muri kiriya gihe hari ababyeyi bitwaga ‘Mama Cyama’

Ngo bari  abagore cyangwa abakecuru bitangiraga abana bava cyangwa bajya ku rugamba, abakada cyangwa inkomere zo ku rugamba.

Kuri buri nkengero zose z’u Rwanda ku mipaka ya Uganda, Tanzania na Zaïre(ubu ni DRC) hari ingo  z’abanyamuryango  zakiraga inkomere nyinshi, zikavuzwa zirinzwe n’abanyamuryango, zakomererwa cyane zikazohereza rwihishwa mu mijyi aho zashoboraga kuvurwa neza.

Rutaremara ati: “ Ba maneko babajije barabasubiza ko iyo ari igihe cyo gusarura basarurira hamwe, bagahunikira hamwe kandi ko ari byo basanze barimo. Abandi bagize urujijo baragenda.”

Izo maneko za Uganda ngo zasanze abo babyeyi babimenye bazana abandi bagore n’abakecuru bazanye n’amasaka n’intaro(urutaro mu buke) zo kugosoza amasaka batangira kugosora ari nako batera akaririmbo.

Maneko zarahageze zisanga bari kugosora ni bwo bababwiraga kuriya, nabo barikubita barataka!

Ahantu inkomere cyangwa abandi barwayi bavurirwaga, hitwaga sickbay. Urugero rwa hamwe muri ho ni Nyakivara.

Abanyamuryango nibo babavuzaga, bakabarinda, bakabagaburira, bakabashakira abaganga n’abaforomo baza kubavura; umutekano wiyo ‘sickbay’ ukarindwa  n’abanyamuryango.

Umurwayi ukize, baramwondoraga, yamara gufata intege zihagije agasubira ku rugamba.

Tito Rutaremara avuga ko intambara igitangira, ibintu byahise bifata intera ikomeye. Iriya system yari itarubakwa neza kandi ngo rugikubita  hari abayobozi bakomeye mu Nkotanyi bahise batakaza ubuzima.

Rutaremara ati: “ Dutangira iyi ntambara, iyi system yaritarubakwa kandi intambara itangira, abayobozi bacu bamaze gupfa, Kagame ataraza, twagize ingorane nyinshi cyane tugira inkomere nyinshi cyane. Ababaga barwaye cyane bakeneye ibikoresho tutari dufite…”

Icyakora ngo abanyamuryango bo hirya no hino barabakiraga bakabavuriza ahari abaganga, abaforomo, abarwaza, abagorora ingingo n’abandi.

Iyi nararibonye y’u Rwanda ivuga ko mu gihe cyo gutangiza no kurwana intambara yo kubohora u Rwanda, hari uburyo buboneye bwari bwarashyizweho bwo kugeza ku rugamba ababishakaga.

Avuga ko Abanyarwanda bambukiye Bukavu, abakada babaga Bukavu babagezaga Goma, abakada bo kuri Goma bakabageza Uganda, Abanyarwanda babaga muri Uganda bakabageza muri O1 ( zone ya RPF).

Ababaga bavuye mu  Burundi Abakada barabaherekeza bakabashyikiriza abakada ba Tanzania, abakada ba Tanzania nabo bakabahereza bakashyikiriza abakada ba Uganda, abakada ba Uganda bakabageza ku rugamba.

Abavaga mu Rwanda bo bazanwaga n’Abakada bo muri Uganda bakabageza i Burundi cyangwa Tanzania cyangwa Zaïre.

Abanyamuryango ba FPR Inkotanyi muri bibyo bihugu barabakiraga, bakabaraza mu ngo zabo nyuma bakabashakira ibyangombwa byose by’inzira.

Urubyiruko rwajyaga ku rugamba rwaherekezwaga n’abakada rukarara mu banyamuryango ahantu runaka.

Iyo babaga ari benshi, bajyanwaga mu ngo zitandukanye z’abanyamuryango ziri mu bihugu bitandukanye ndetse n’ibya kure nko  mu Burayi, Amerika, Zaïre, Tanzania, u Burundi, u Rwanda n’ahandi.

Iyi mikorere yatumye ibibazo Habyarimana yagiraga byo gushaka abasirikare, RPF yo itabigira kubera ubwo bukangurambaga.
