Ubushakashatsi bwakurikiranye abantu ibihumbi n’ibihumbi bwerekanye ko kugira ubuzima bwiza, ugakora siporo, ukarya neza kandi ukaruhuka bigabanya ibyago byo ‘gupfa imburagihe’ no kurwara indwara z’umwijima cyane cyane mu banywi b’inzoga.
