Kora Igihe Gito Utange Umusaruro Mwinshi, Irinde Gushyushya Intebe

‘Konsa isuka’ ni imvugo ya Kinyarwanda isobanuye ko umuntu ajya ku kazi akereka abandi ko ari kugakora( busy) ariko mu by’ukuri ntatange umusaruro(non-productive).

3.Ha abandi inshingano

Hari inkuru ya CNN yigeze gutangaza ko abantu bashaka gukora ibintu byinshi icyarimwe, bahura n’ikibazo cyo kurangazwa n’amakuru atambutse yose kuko baba bashaka gukubita hirya no hino, bakabagarira yose.

Bituma hari ubwo bakora ibintu batitondeye ngo babinoze, bikaba byabakoraho.

Umuhanga witwa Debbie Rosemont avuga ko kugira ngo umuntu yirinde kugwa muri iri kosa ari ukugira ubushobozi bwo gushyira umutima kucyo akora( ability to focus).
